Shipping Regions and Charges
We offer affordable shipping services across Pakistan and internationally. While shipping within Pakistan is highly cost-effective, international orders may incur a minimal shipping fee depending on the destination and order specifications.
Standard Turnaround Time
Our standard production and shipping turnaround time is 8 to 10 working days, starting from the date you approve the digital proof of your ordered products.
Wrong Address Policy
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, resulting in a return:
- The shipment will be returned to us.
- The client will be responsible for the reshipment cost to the updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments
In cases where shipments remain unclaimed by the client:
- The shipment will be returned to The Eastern Packaging.
- The client will bear the reshipment charges for redelivery.
Delivery Delays
The ybyPackaging will not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Courier companies.
- Unavoidable circumstances such as weather, political disruptions, or natural disasters.
- Delays caused by government authorities, including customs and clearance departments.
- Incorrect order details or shipping addresses provided by the client.
